Our Staff

Meet our Service Team.

Brian De Candia, Service Manager

Brian started as an apprentice tech in 2004 and made his way into the service office by way of his strong people skills. Brian loves to ride dirt bikes with his daughter saffron and tries to keep up with the rest of the staff on the road and track. Now back after a seven year absence, Brian loves to interact and guide Iron Horse customers with regular and unexpected service.  One can expect top tier service to match their top tier bikes.

Marcus Lund, Master Certified Technician

Smart, resourceful and so very knowledgeable. Marcus is a true professional technician. He’s also the fastest guy in the shop – must be all those hours of athletic cross-training he does on his own time. Stop by and see how Marcus can help you and your bike.

Grant Guerrero, Certified Technician

Efficient, skilled and thorough. Grant is equally proficient working on a high performance track bike as he is working on the everyday street bike. Truly one of the best.

Jeff Hibner, Certified Technician

Jeff is our newest tech here and loves to work on anything you throw at him, especially the older airheads! Jeff graduated the BMW course at MMI in phoenix and has been working on BMWs for over 5 years.  If you have a project bike or just need scheduled maintenance Jeff will provide great work. Jeff is also nicknamed TURBO for his turbo charged R 1150 GS that he loves to ride, and talk about!

Paul Ford, Technician

Mature BMW bikes like Paul and he knows them well. Paul has been caring for BMW bikes for most of his career - in between runs for Tucson Fire Department. If you’re really nice to Paul, maybe he’ll give you a ride in his fire truck.
